1. Request an Estimate
Please fill out the Contact Page to kick things off... If you have any questions ask away. In the absence of any issues on my side I'll send you to download and complete a Questionnaire & Shot List.
Once I have this back and we have no further questions, I'll produce an Estimate (or Quote if there are no TBA items).
2. Booking Form and Deposit Invoice
Once you're OK with the Estimate/Quote I'll send you a Booking Form and Contract along with an invoice for 50% of the total.
Once these are signed and the deposit paid your shoot date will be booked into the calendar and the project begins!
3. Treatment Document
I'll now produce the Treatment Document which essentially ensures we are both on the same page...
It will include -
- Shoot Concept (emphasise the product's high quality ingredients or convey the brands planet friendly values)
- Setting (Studio or on location)
- Textures and Props (Studio or on location)
- Mood Board (Inspirational prop and location pics)
- Staging Ideas and Lighting Suggestions
- Shot List (Studio or Location)
4. Deliver Your Product(s)
Securely deliver your products and any props you may have to me at least 5 days before shoot day.
It's imperative you select products that are in perfect condition. Things to look for include -
- Defects, Blemishes, Dents, Scratches, Creases, print issues etc (Smaller products may be represented larger than life size which will magnify these)
- Labels that are misaligned, horizontal & vertical (Using bottles for example this includes body, neck, capsule and closure...)
- The above also applies to all packaging (outer & Inner)
Please package everything to ensure it gets to me in the same condition as it left you.
* In some cases I may be able to collect from you. Mileage rate may apply...
5. Shoot Day(s)
Full If you have selected Image Approval method -
- Send and Shoot : I will be in touch 2+ days after the shoot with your image contact sheet.
- Email Approval : I will email you throughout the day with images to amend/approve.
6. After the Shoot
After the shoot your images are edited (Basic) and you'll receive a watermarked contact sheet along with your balancing payment invoice.
On receipt of payment your final images will be delivered to you via a WeTransfer download link.
I will also, as required, carefully re-pack your products/props for collection, or if collected, deliver them back to you.
7. And Then...
I trust that we will have enjoyed working together and that your images met with your expectations at the very least (My goal is always to smash them out of the park where possible) and I hope we'll get to work together again in the future...
